I received my medical degree in 1997 from the University of Missouri School of Medicine. Shortly thereafter, I moved with Dr. Irwin to Phoenix, where we completed our postgraduate training at St Joseph's Hospital and Clinics. Board certified in internal medicine, and in love with the desert southwest, Dr. Irwin and I moved to Oro Valley, where we’ve been in private practice since 2001.

At Desert Sage Internal Medicine, I am committed to developing and nurturing the relationship I have with each patient. This bond is every bit as beneficial to me, as it has been and will continue to be for them. Each connection I make with a patient improves my skill and effectiveness as a physician, and inspires me to grow as a person.

I am fortunate to do what I love, where I love, with whom I love. This is why I will forever be grateful to each person that walks through our doors. I have joy in my life because each patient has invited me into theirs.
